IDA Esports were the standout team of the day, winning three of the six matches, with victories coming on both ERANGEL and MIRAMAR. GODLIKE ESPORTS opened the listed Day 4 results with a win on RONDO, while ALPHA7 and TIANBA also claimed one Chicken Dinner each.
IDA Esports Complete a Remarkable Turnaround
IDA Esports’ performance became one of the biggest stories of the day. The team finished Group B with three wins, 55 placement points and 53 elimination points for 108 total points, placing second overall.
Before Day 4, IDA Esports were quite far down the leaderboard, but they strengthened their position in the final matches. Their three Chicken Dinners eventually changed their position and helped them secure a place among the top teams moving forward.
The team also showed a strong elimination presence during the day, with the commentary describing their ability to scout opponents, take aggressive fights and capitalize on positioning during key zones.
Team Vitality Finish PMWC Group B in First Place
Despite the surge from IDA Esports, Team Vitality remained the dominant force across the full Group B stage.
Vitality finished first with 148 points, including 45 placement points and 103 elimination points, while recording two wins. Their 103 elimination points were the highest total among all 16 teams in the final Group B standings.
Vitality performed extremely well for two days, showing that the team could maintain a strong performance even while trying different approaches.
GODLIKE ESPORTS Secure Third Place
GODLIKE ESPORTS finished the Group B stage in third place with 105 points, only three points behind IDA Esports.
The team recorded one win and accumulated 32 placement points and 73 elimination points. Their elimination total was the second-highest in the final Group B standings, behind only Team Vitality’s 103.
EARENA Fall Out of the Top Five
EARENA experienced one of the more disappointing finishes in Group B. The team ended the stage in sixth place with 95 points, despite recording one win and producing 31 placement points and 64 elimination points.
EARENA delivered a record-breaking performance in the first match of Group B on Day 1, scoring 39 points in the match against RONDO. However, they could not maintain the same momentum later and eventually dropped out of the top five.
